Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item only if the product is damaged. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

If the return is accepted within 14 days, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

If the return is requested after 14 days, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your damaged product first. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
